To wear Ihram in Umrah, the 1st step:

While for women, there is no specific dress code. Only women have to wear simple dresses or abayas that fully cover their bodies. Second step to do Tawaf:
After wearing Ihram and doing Niyyah, you have to do Tawaf surrounding the Kaaba. To do Tawaf, you have to do the circle anticlockwise. After performing 7 circles and completing Tawaf. Now perform two rakats of nawafal between the Kaaba and Maqam e Ibrahim. Then you have to drink Zamzam and say Alhamdulillah for everything.
In the third step, do Sai:
Now in the third step, you have to walk between Safa and Marwa, which is called Sai. Sai is the step that reminds us of the story of Hajra Bibi and Ismail AS for the water hunt. Then Allah SWT helped them with Zamzam; now several Muslims are drinking Zamzam. During Sai, women have to walk step by step while men have to do a little bit of running.
Halq last step of Umrah:
In this final step, men have to do a complete head shave while women have to cut one- or two-inch hair. Then your Umrah is completed Alhamdulillah.
How to Stay Healthy during Umrah:
Umrah trips can be challenging, you must keep yourself healthy. Keep yourself hydrated, use an umbrella, and carry some snacks during Umrah rituals especially. You must get proper sleep and rest during Umrah. Always try to perform Umrah when no crowd in Makkah and Madinah.
